So, if we in the US crank out too many kids and decide we all want to live in Canada, then we should be allowed to just go there and make it part of the US, regardless of what Canada wants, because we are making it "grow"???
What do you mean by "special"? My interpretation was that Sarah was arguing that if a country's population expands heavily, they are then "allowed" to move their borders. Most would agree that's a no-no for any OTHER country. Does Israel have a special exception? A "Get Out Of Borders For Free" card they stole from a Monopoly game?
